We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their age, eyesight or device.

What we have done

• Large, clear text with strong contrast between the words and the background.
• The site works on computers, tablets and phones, and you can zoom in up to 400% without losing anything.
• Everything can be used with a keyboard alone, and the place you are on the page is clearly highlighted.
• Pictures have descriptions for screen readers, and the event details from our posters are written out as text.
• Forms have clear labels and tell you plainly if something needs correcting.

Making text bigger

Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on a Mac) and press + to make everything larger, and − to make it smaller again. On a phone or tablet, spread two fingers apart on the screen.

Known issues

• The AGM minutes are a PDF. If you can’t open it, email us and we will send the minutes in another way.
• The event posters are pictures, but everything on them is also written out on the Events page.
